The air-conditioned main living room, dressed in immaculate white, is centered around plush sofas and expansive windows that frame the ocean views. A vaulted ceiling enhances the openness of the space, while a solid wood dining table for twelve invites guests to share memorable meals in elegant comfort.
The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for entertaining, featuring a large island that doubles as a breakfast bar and casual dining space for up to ten. Natural light, refined finishes, and thoughtful design define this villa’s tranquil and luxurious feel.

The expansive terrace is one of Villa LES PALMES’ crown jewels. A stunning heated infinity pool stretches toward the horizon, creating the illusion of melting into the sea. Framed by palm trees and umbrellas, the deck is furnished with sun loungers perfectly positioned for taking in the magnificent views over Chevreau Island.
Two separate outdoor lounges offer both sun and shade. One sits under a pergola at the front of the villa, filtering sunlight through natural slats. The second is nestled at the rear, built into a lush, shaded corner of the garden—perfect for retreating on warmer days.
Five Spacious Bedrooms with Private Terraces
Villa LES PALMES features five beautifully appointed, air-conditioned bedrooms—each with a king-size bed, private en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the terrace. The natural-toned linen decor creates a soft, soothing ambiance throughout.
One suite is located in the main building, two bedrooms are housed in a separate bungalow for added privacy, and the final two are located on the lower level, accessible via an interior staircase—ideal for families or groups of friends traveling together.
