Built on two levels to capture a 180° view, Villa NUREYEV provides enhanced privacy with its proximity to the ocean. The upper level houses a living area furnished with sofas, armchairs, and coffee tables set against a backdrop of polished wood, aged beams, and shiny parquet floors. Among the luxurious furniture, a carved sideboard, an upright piano, and a sparkling chandelier contribute to the villa's refined aesthetic. The all-wood dining room welcomes guests near a fully equipped kitchen with a bar and direct access to the spacious terrace that opens directly onto the ocean.
The front terrace, facing a stunningly beautiful view, is furnished with a lounge area under a pergola and an al fresco dining area. On the wooden deck, sunny spaces for relaxation include tables, chairs, umbrellas, and a pool table with benches. A jacuzzi and a heated pool are set on terraces a few steps down, surrounded by sun loungers and private spaces to enjoy the gentle St-Barths breeze. Villa NUREYEV features four air-conditioned bedrooms with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. Three are in the main building, with two on either side of the living room and one on the lower level in an independent apartment with a kitchenette and living room. The fourth bedroom is in a separate bungalow and comes with an outdoor shower, offering an ultra-cozy setting.
